Bartender

Job Overview
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and friendly with exceptional customer service, strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, be skilled in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a memorable experience for patrons in a fast-paced environment. Experience and a solid understanding of food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately while efficiently using POS systems
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management in busy settings, you will be cooking while bartending

Experience

• Experience in food service and bartending roles are preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients for drink preparation.
