Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management to ensure stock availability.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or special occasions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold all safety and health regulations while serving drinks.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or related roles within nightclubs or catering environments, is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences.
