Bartender

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
  • Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including serving at nightclubs or banquet events.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and increase revenue.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols.
  • Experience with catering, banquet service, or retail math for accurate billing and inventory management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively; experience in serving <PERSON> is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing calculations, and inventory counts; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is preferred.
