Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and adherence to safety standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cashing out procedures, cash handling, and basic math calculations efficiently.
• Assist in food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare during busy hours.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations related to serving alcohol in nightlife or banquet settings.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage presentation techniques.
• Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is advantageous.
