Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender(s) to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service. Whether mixing cocktails, or engaging with customer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic, knowledge of Ohio Lottery and Pull Tabs
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as necessary, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales calculations.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
