Bartender

We're looking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the bar area - from setup and stocking to crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and make personalized drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Clean and sanitize all bar tools, utensils and equipment regularly
• Verify guests' identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and exercise good judgment
• Promote and upsell beverages based on guest preferences
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• Ability to work efficiently in a confined space and remain standing for long periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of local, state and federal liquor laws and regulations
• Comfortable with continuous physical activity including bending, reaching and lifting up to 50lbs
