Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is fully stocked for busy service periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and following all applicable laws related to serving alcohol in nightclubs or hospitality venues.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and familiarity with hospitality operations are advantageous.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
