Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage stock control to minimize waste.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and event teams during catering, banquet functions, or nightclub service to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing intoxication signs and following all alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and basic math skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.

Pay: $23.39 - $28.16 per hour
