Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a limited range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations during events and peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work Friday & Saturday Evenings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
