Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption and behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in diverse settings such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality or speed.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Previous experience in retail math, catering, brewing or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
