Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
• Manage bar stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper food handling and food safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or stations
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while providing attentive service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions, retail math skills preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage recipes and brewing processes is advantageous
• Previous retail math or cash handling experience is beneficial but not required
