Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in providing top-notch service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, especially during banquets or catering events.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining a balanced register.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is desired but not Required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in the food industry with an understanding of brewing techniques is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $12.00 per hour
