Job Description:
The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with the utmost level of hospitality. Mixing and garnishing cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and following or creating cocktail recipes will fall under the Barkeep’s responsibilities. The Bartender will report to the Dining Room Manager and assist with other dining needs as needed.
Pay: $22/hr (no tips)

What will I do every day?

Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner

Greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed

Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make
recommendations, and taking drink orders. -
Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials.

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to
residents. -
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are wellstocked.

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor.
What will I need to be successful in this role?

6 months to 1 year of bartending experience

Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
