Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable experience. Prior experience in banquet service or food industry settings is highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service protocols.

*Must have evening availability and willing to work weekends

Duties

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar; completing side duties
• Able to operate POS
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and engaging guest interactions.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced setting such as a restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Experience with serving in the food industry, including catering or retail math applications related to beverage sales.
• Alcohol Certification, as required
