POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bartender to join our prestigious Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

✦ Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment

✦ Proven experience in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment

✦ In-depth knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques

✦ Familiarity with international beverage trends and luxury brand offerings

✦ Excellent command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage

✦ Outstanding interpersonal and guest communication skills

✦ Professional appearance, grooming standards, and service etiquette

✦ Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES

✦ Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits

✦ Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation to the highest luxury standards

✦ Engage guests with personalised service, product recommendations, and bar stories

✦ Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and wastage controls

✦ Upsell premium products and drive revenue through exceptional service

✦ Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines

✦ Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences

✦ Mentor junior bar staff and contribute to team training sessions
