Job description:Hotel Sales Executive &ndash; Solymar HotelSolymar Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join its Sales &amp; Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven ability to drive revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups, and MICE segments.Key Responsibilities:Promote the hotel&rsquo;s rooms, outlets, and services to maximize revenueBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partnersIdentify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing accountsConduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspectionsNegotiate rates and contracts in line with hotel policies and revenue strategyCoordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure excellent service deliveryAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales growthRequirements:Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in hotel sales (mandatory)Proven success in achieving sales targets within a hotel environmentStrong understanding of hotel market segments (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, MICE)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environmentKnowledge of the Bahrain market is a strong advantageWe Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesProfessional and supportive working environmentCareer growth opportunities within an established hospitality brandImportant Notice:Local Hire Only &ndash; Applicants must currently be based in BahrainOnly candidates with relevant hotel sales experience will be consideredApplications without hotel experience will not be shortlistedJob Type: Full-time / Permanent / ContractJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
