Job DescriptionJob Title: Painter &amp; Gypsum Board SpecialistJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter &amp; Gypsum Board Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in painting, drywall installation, gypsum board works, finishing, and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, repair, and finish gypsum board (drywall) systems, partitions, ceilings, and decorative features</li><li>Measure, cut, and fit gypsum boards according to project specifications and drawings</li><li>Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling cracks, patching holes, and applying primers</li><li>Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment</li><li>Ensure smooth and high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair work on existing gypsum board structures and painted surfaces</li><li>Mix and match paint colors according to project requirements</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and company procedures at all times</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Painter and Gypsum Board Specialist</li><li>Strong knowledge of gypsum board installation, joint treatment, finishing, and ceiling works</li><li>Experience in painting, surface preparation, color mixing, and finishing techniques</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications</li><li>Good understanding of construction and interior fit-out standards</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor</li><li>Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime when required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Accommodation provided</li><li>Transportation provided</li><li>Duty meals</li><li>Air ticket allowance</li><li>Visa sponsorship</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in upscale hotels, fine dining restaurants, lounges, or premium hospitality venues and possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
