FEMALE BARTENDER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Female Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in upscale hotels, fine dining restaurants, lounges, or premium hospitality venues and possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. She will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately, efficiently, and presented to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment
• Verify guest age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with local regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system
• Work closely with service staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, 5-star restaurants, lounges, or premium hospitality venues is essential
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evening hours
