Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Handle customer requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in restaurants, lounges, or hotels preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with UAE hospitality experience.
