We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers at the bar.
• Assist in catering events as required, providing bartending services for special occasions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with staff and guest.

Skills

• Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience in retail math and basic math calculations.
• Previous bartending experience is highly desirable; knowledge of mixology is a plus.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in food service or catering is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
