Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while ensuring accuracy in retail math and cashiering procedures.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs to verify legal drinking age and preventing over-serving.
• Uphold all food safety standards and sanitation practices to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
• Assist in training new team members on serving techniques, POS operation, and customer service expectations.
• Contribute to creating an energetic atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and repeat visits.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; catering or food industry experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with TOAST for efficient order entry and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within licensed venues like nightclubs or hospitality events.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a plus for creating specialty drinks.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members across different departments.

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
