Banquet Cook
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high‑volume food preparation, can work efficiently under pressure, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute banquet menus for events of various sizes
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of banquet kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event staff
Requirements
- Previous banquet or high‑volume cooking experience
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
