Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring seamless coordination during busy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs with a strong understanding of beverage preparation and serving techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and address their needs proactively.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Experience with banquet or catering environments is highly desirable for versatile service capabilities.

Pay: $17.13 - $17.25 per hour
