At The Bradbury Bistro, we believe a cocktail is more than a drink. It is hospitality, craftsmanship, and experience poured into a glass.

We are not a high-volume bar focused on well drinks and quick transactions. We are a neighborhood bistro with a thoughtfully curated cocktail program where every detail matters—from custom ice and premium glassware to fresh ingredients, house-made elements, and intentional presentation.

We are looking for a bartender who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of building something exceptional.

• Maintaining and organizing inventory
• Polishing glassware
• Cleaning equipment and workspaces
• Restocking and preparing for service
• Learning new recipes and techniques
• Looking for ways to improve the guest experience

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail

• Desire to grow professionally within a hospitality-focused environment
