What You'll Be Doing

As a bartender at Azura Bar and Lounge, you'll be at the center of the action, ensuring our guests have an amazing time. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards. - Providing top-notch customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. - Verifying customer age and adhering to all TABC and alcohol service regulations. - Handling cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems with accuracy. - Keeping the bar, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. - Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies as needed. - Monitoring guest intoxication levels and following responsible alcohol service practices. - Collaborating with servers, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations. - Assisting with opening and closing duties.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 3 years of bartending experience (high-volume bar or nightclub experience preferred). - TABC Certification (or willingness to obtain one). - Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Toast POS.
• Knowledge of craft cocktails and bottle service.
