Bartender
At the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel, we believe that every great event is backed by a dedicated team committed to delivering seamless, memorable experiences. We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following hotel recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Take orders, enter them into the POS system (Micros), and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Monitor guests to ensure they are not over-served and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking, prepping, and end-of-shift duties.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Stay informed about bar menu changes, specials, and hotel events.
Qualifications:
- This position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proven experience as a bartender preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar equipment
- Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with POS (Micros) systems preferred
