Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience
• Manage bar operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions accurately using POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
• Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management promptly
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality industry standards
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food industry regulations related to alcohol service
