Bartender & Arcade Guest Experience Team Member

Overview

Join the Double Tap team as a Bartender / Arcade Guest Experience Team Member. This role is a mix of bartending, guest service, food service support, and helping keep the arcade and bar running smoothly.

We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment. This position is not just about making drinks. You will help create a great experience for guests by providing excellent service, keeping the space clean and welcoming, and jumping in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service rules
• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Take orders and process payments accurately through the POS system
• Run food and drinks as needed
• Help keep the bar, dining area, and arcade clean and organized
• Restock bar supplies and maintain a clean work area
• Assist guests with arcade games, prizes, and general questions
• Support the team during busy shifts by helping wherever needed
• Stay productive during slower times by cleaning, stocking, and organizing
• Help maintain a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment

Skills

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Comfortable handling payments and using a POS system
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to multitask while staying calm and professional
• Willingness to help with bar service, food service, cleaning, and guest needs
• Bartending, restaurant, or customer service experience is helpful
• TABC certification preferred or required before starting
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
