Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology and hospitality, with the ability to create exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong technical bartending skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
• Provide warm, attentive service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a cocktail bar, restaurant, or hotel
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Compensation

$11.35 per hour. Additional income from tips.
