Bartender (Barman)

• Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Night Club. The ideal candidate will have proven bartending experience, strong drink-mixing skills, and a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make drink recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes and standards
• Plan, update, and present the bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding customer experience
• Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Relevant bartending or hospitality training certificate
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
