Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Support event service including nightclubs, banquets, catering functions, and food handling when required.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service protocols to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Experience with serving in the food industry or retail environment is highly desirable.
