The Bartender and Food Server will provide exceptional guest service by pouring drinks, crafting cocktails and filling drink orders while on shift as a Bartender as well as creating a positive dining experience and ensuring guest needs are promptly met while on shift as a Food Server.
Duties as Bartender:
- Sincerely greet and thank each guest.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
- Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including com rules for all player card levels.
- Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.
- Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods.
- Completes all shift side work requirements.
- Continuously maintain an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
Duties as Food Server:
- Sincerely greet each guest at their tables within 3 minutes.
- Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal.
- Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
- Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner.
- Serve beverages and ensure that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal.
- Completes all shift side work requirements.
- Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Alcohol Awareness card required.
- Minimum 1 year of previous bartending and food serving experience is preferred.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest, balance a food tray, and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to communicate clearly with guests in English.
