Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat patrons efficiently to maximize comfort and flow.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or elegant settings in fine dining environments while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
• Experience serving in fine dining or catering settings is advantageous; banquet experience is also valued.
• Knowledge of the food industry trends such as brewing or beverage pairing enhances your ability to engage guests effectively.
