Bartender (Luxury Hospitality Industry)

We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Bartender to join a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel and resort. This role requires a passionate hospitality professional who can craft exceptional beverage experiences while delivering refined, personalized service in line with world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with brand standards and approved recipes
• Create engaging guest interactions, understand individual preferences, and provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management, ordering, and proper storage procedures
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service regulations
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations with professionalism and confidence
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and seasonal offerings to elevate the overall guest experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the GCC
• Strong expertise in mixology, cocktail craftsmanship, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Impeccable grooming standards and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
