Bartender (Luxury Hospitality Industry)

We are currently seeking a talented and guest-oriented Bartender to join a distinguished 5-star luxury hotel and resort. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional with strong expertise in mixology, capable of delivering refined and personalized beverage experiences aligned with international luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with brand standards and approved recipes
• Engage with guests professionally, identify preferences, and provide tailored beverage recommendations
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, requisitions, and proper storage procedures
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service regulations
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and seasonal offerings to enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the GCC (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail preparation, and elevated beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, guest-focused approach
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
• Impeccable grooming standards and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
