Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks using TOAST POS System.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for both bar and kitchen menu items, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders using POS systems, and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables promptly as a busser, reset tables efficiently for new guests, and support catering or banquet events when needed.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during sales transactions while adhering to retail math principles.
- Support team members with food handling, serving, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Must be able to carry or lift 50 pounds at select times.
- Must be able to pass background check and have own transportation
- Training will be provided by Tipsy Turtle, must pass training to start
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail math accurately.
- Experience with catering or banquet events is advantageous; knowledge of brewing or beverage preparation is a bonus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
