Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks using TOAST POS System.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation for both bar and kitchen menu items, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders using POS systems, and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Clear tables promptly as a busser, reset tables efficiently for new guests, and support catering or banquet events when needed.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during sales transactions while adhering to retail math principles.
• Support team members with food handling, serving, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Must be able to carry or lift 50 pounds at select times.
• Must be able to pass background check and have own transportation
• Training will be provided by Tipsy Turtle, must pass training to start
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail math accurately.
• Experience with catering or banquet events is advantageous; knowledge of brewing or beverage preparation is a bonus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
