Moe’s Original BBQ in Spartanburg serves up award-winning Alabama-style BBQ in a laid-back, fast-casual setting. We’re all about good food, cold drinks, and friendly service—and we’re looking for energetic, outgoing team members to help us keep the good vibes rolling.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Bartender & Front of House Staff member who’s comfortable behind the bar and out interacting with guests. This is a dual role for someone who can mix a great drink and create a welcoming experience throughout the restaurant. You’ll be slinging beers, shaking cocktails, taking orders, running food, and making sure everyone’s having a great time.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve up cold beer, craft cocktails, and other beverages
• Keep the bar and guest areas clean and stocked
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat way
• Take and deliver food & drink orders quickly and accurately
• Help answer menu and drink questions
• Handle transactions using our POS system
• Practice responsible alcohol service
• Work with the rest of the crew to keep things running smooth

What We’re Looking For:

• Bartending experience is a must
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Ability to stay cool and organized when it gets busy
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, and bar service
• Must be 21+
• Must be available evenings and weekends

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a fast-casual or high-volume spot
• Toast POS system experience
