Overview
We are looking for skilled Bartenders with strong knowledge of classic and modern craft cocktails, premium spirits, and upscale service standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate POS systems such as Toast or Clover POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations diligently, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specialty drinks, brewing options, and food offerings for upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails with precision and consistency
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of high-end spirits, wine, and craft ingredients
- Create signature cocktails and contribute to seasonal menu development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar setup
- Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and professionalism
- Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws
- Collaborate with management to uphold brand standards and ambiance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years bartending experience (upscale lounge, cocktail bar, or fine dining preferred)
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Clover to process transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques
- Experience with premium spirits (tequila, bourbon, rum, vodka, cognac, etc.)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- ServSafe or equivalent alcohol certification preferred
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
