Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in high-energy settings like nightclubs or busy banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering and banquet setups, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements and responsible beverage service practices.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
