The Draft Society is a brand-new, high-energy sports bar bringing together gourmet food, craft cocktails, and the ultimate game-day atmosphere. With 30 TVs, 30 beers on tap, and a vibrant crowd, we create an exciting destination where guests come to watch sports, enjoy great food, and celebrate together.

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, outgoing bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy interacting with guests. Team members will help create an engaging game-day atmosphere while delivering outstanding service, promoting menu items, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Team members should be comfortable wearing branded uniforms and themed attire provided by the employer as part of our sports-bar brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in a fast-paced sports bar environment
• Engage with guests confidently and proactively to enhance their experience
• Promote and upsell food specials, drinks, cocktails, and game-day promotions
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions
• Work collaboratively with teammates during busy game nights and peak hours
• Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations remain clean and organized

Guest-Facing Skills

• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with guests
• Friendly presence and proactive table engagement
• Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Strong teamwork during busy service and promotional activities
• Proven ability to upsell menu items and participate in sales contests

Safety & Professionalism

• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ID verification procedures
• Maintain a harassment-free and respectful workplace environment
• Use professional judgment to help de-escalate conflicts when necessary
• Follow all security and safety protocols during busy nights and events

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in loud, energetic environments with large crowds
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sports events

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
