Bartender/Sales Associate Needed!

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/sales associate to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and makes recommendations
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Promote weekly sales & memberships

• Create an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to guide a group of people & be personable with our customers for tours
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

• Actively seek out customers in store

• Cross sell products

• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/sales associate
• Bilingual is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Great work ethic
• Sales Driven
• Food and Alcohol Certifications
