Bartender/Server

Feather Bone Provisions & Assembly is a new local restaurant looking for experienced bar & serving staff (aged 21 and up) who are passionate about hospitality, hard-working, and committed to providing an excellent experience to our customers.

We offer competitive hourly wages with the potential for health benefits after six months for full-time employees. All shifts require strong customer service & communication skills, and moderate manual labor. The most promising candidates will have experience in the restaurant industry, and a flexible schedule.

Weekend shifts are required, do not apply if you're unavailable on weekends.

Summary

As a member of our Front of House team, you will be essential in delivering elevated service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong background in restaurant and bar operations, where you will mix and serve beverages, take orders, run food, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will enhance the dining experience, while your knowledge of drink recipes and menu offerings will allow you to make recommendations. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs.
• Handle cash and process payments while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Complete side work, and opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of food and drink
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
