Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all cash handling policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Participate in catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent service in various settings.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for fine dining experiences and the ability to upsell beverages effectively.
