Bartender/Server

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must be 21+.

3 years of Fine Dining experience is required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic server/bartender/sales associate to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare room for dining by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins and utensils
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions
• Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
• Provide customers with an exceptional experience!
• Encourage guests reviews through Google & Social Media platforms.
• Great work ethic
• Enthusiastic about Hospitality industry and furthering business potential.

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender/sales associate
• Bilingual is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

• Food and Alcohol Certifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.98 per hour
