Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options and menu items.
• Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving customers in a responsible manner.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
