Pho Hanoi Montana isn't just another restaurant — it's a 3-generation family recipe from Hanoi, 24-hour bone broth, and locally sourced Montana meats, brought to life in Flathead Valley. We're Kalispell's only pho bar with a full liquor license, and we're building a team as bold as our broth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, people-first team member who can wear multiple hats — serving, bartending, and running expo — depending on shift needs. You'll be a key part of the guest experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they're planning their next visit. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with their team, and genuinely loves making people feel welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet and guide guests through our menu with enthusiasm and product knowledge — from our 24-hour northern-style pho and signature appetizers to our full craft cocktail program
Take orders accurately, manage tables with good timing, and anticipate needs before guests have to ask
Bartend during bar shifts — build cocktails from our house recipe system, pour beer and wine, and keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Run expo as needed — coordinate ticket flow between the kitchen and floor, ensure every plate goes out correctly and on time
Communicate clearly and proactively with your team throughout every shift
Maintain a clean, organized station whether you're on the floor, behind the bar, or on expo
Represent Pho Hanoi with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality every single shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A team-first attitude — you pick up where others left off, you communicate, and you show up ready to work
Real drive — you don't wait to be told what to do, you see what needs doing and you do it
A genuine commitment to guest experience — you care whether people leave happy, not just whether their order was correct
Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
Ability to stay composed and focused during busy rushes
Montana Food Handler's Card and ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain before first shift)
Must be 18+ to bartend
