Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Uphold all food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is advantageous
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
