Full-Time or Part-Time | Kedai Makan – Full-Service Malaysian Restaurant & Bar

Kedai Makan is seeking hospitality-driven Bartender/Servers to join our front-of-house team. Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

This is a cross-trained position, with team members rotating through a range of front-of-house responsibilities, including serving, bartending, barbacking, food running, bussing, and hosting as needed.

Compensation
All team members begin at a base wage of $21.30/hour and participate in our service charge pool. We offer guaranteed minimum hourly earnings based on role and experience:

• Staff 1 – Bartender/Server in Training: $23.50/hr guaranteed
• Staff 2 – Trained Bartender/Server: $26.50/hr guaranteed
• Staff 3 – Lead Bartender/Server: $28.50/hr guaranteed
• Staff 4 – Floor Shift Lead: $30.50/hr guaranteed
