Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently, including cashiering and processing payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours at nightclubs, banquets, or restaurant settings

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering settings is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
