We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to effectively upsell products.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a nightclub or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals accurately.
• Experience in cash handling procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance guest satisfaction.
