Bartender/Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to our guests.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage tables and ensure prompt service to customers
- Develop and maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers
- Upsell and promote beverages and food items to increase sales
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and ingredients
- Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the bar area
- Perform basic math calculations to manage inventory and cash handling
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Work effectively in a team environment to provide seamless service to customers
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols

Skills:

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting
- Proficiency with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with sales and upselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Familiarity with food and beverage preparation and service
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

Must be OK with serving and bartending!!!!!
